The Problem

Across Liberia, many young people grow up without exposure to meaningful career options or mentorship.

They often lack guidance, role models, or even basic knowledge about what paths are available to them beyond traditional labor or informal work. As a result, countless youth graduate without a clear sense of purpose—or drop out of school entirely due to discouragement or pressure to earn money early.

This lack of direction not only stifles potential—it fuels cycles of unemployment, poverty, and hopelessness.

Our Response

At HopeGivers Ministries, we believe that when youth can see what's possible, they can become unstoppable.

Through our Career Pathway Awareness initiative, we help young people discover their God-given talents, set purposeful goals, and pursue meaningful careers.

Our work includes:

Career exploration workshops introducing youth to diverse professions—from agriculture to tech, medicine to ministry.
Inspirational speaker sessions with successful Liberian professionals who share their journeys and lessons.
Hands-on skill exposure through short internships, site visits, and practical activities.
One-on-one mentorship and coaching to guide youth in setting career goals and staying focused.
Faith-integrated career planning, reminding young people that their calling matters just as much as their career.
